No Pressure Sale
Jon Hagen talked with me on my initial visit, asked questions without telling me what would be good for me. Once he had all the information, then he politely stated that Maverick did not have anything in stock like I wanted at that time (used Road King, low mileage, luggage rack, sissy bar, non-traditional colors), but that Maverick had many trade-ins come in from time to time (along with an affiliation with Longhorn). But that he would not contact me until he found something that matched my criteria. To his word (unlike other dealerships where I still receive 4-6 calls/messages/etc a week for weeks on end), he did not contact me until he found what I was looking for. A 2014 Road King - Rushmore Edition, with only 11k, with a luggage rack and sissy bar, and in Orange (Amber Whiskey) and Silver. I loved it at first sight. Then Dennis worked with me over the next couple of weeks, holding it for me until I could test ride it (after they cleaned it up). And then until I could agree on terms. I appreciate both gentlemen for their diligence in helping me find the right bike for me. That's the important thing. Not the sale or servicing the bike.
